Assign the correct time zone on CentOS 7

How to set time zone on CentOS 7

Assigning correct time zone is very simple process using timedatectl command on CentOS 7 system.

1. First lets review current settings

# timedatectl

        RTC time: Tue 2016-02-23 08:47:52
       Time zone: America/Toronto (EST, -0500)

                  Sun 2015-11-01 01:00:00 EST
 Next DST change: DST begins (the clock jumps one hour forward) at
                  Sun 2016-03-13 01:59:59 EST
                  Sun 2016-03-13 03:00:00 EDT
